Nice selection of sofa colors and new design center for the home that I liked a lot when you walk all the way to the back of the store. I'm excited about getting some help design my new house with May. She helped me pick some stuff on their large iPad screen and finally picked a color theme for the kitchen.

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. Thank you Julie and crew for all your amazing work.

The customer service is very friendly and patiently. 2. The customer service provided practical and constructive opinions very helpful for us. 3. The samples displayed in the store are very stylish and I am very satisfied at first glance. 4. The prices are reasonable and competitive. Went in looking for some appliances to replace old broken down ones that I had at home. Staff was friendly and prices were legit. Easy experience, in and out 10/10, would go again.

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. Very nice customer service. Anyone looking for a new bed or furniture should definitely check this place out.

Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. Very good experience. Friendly staff and well rounded pricing for all items. Recommend. I got a soy milk maker and Mr. Cheng was very willing to make sure all needs are met along wi try explaining the usage of the machine. Other purchases with them were also made in the past and each was good

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

This store is the true definition of a mom & pop shop where you can feel comfortable asking questions for your needs. They do carry good quality Asian brand appliances that has been in business for generations.

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Good customer service and speaks chinese. 5 stars.
